Local Businesses Took Center Stage

The curated marketplace showcased an array of talented BIPOC and women-owned businesses. From Ez Creative Touch Catering’s mouthwatering bourbon vanilla waffles with crispy chicken to Susan SK Jewelry’s eye-catching handcrafted pieces, there was something for everyone. Travel enthusiasts couldn’t resist Tara Laurent Home’s luxurious travel-themed candles with impressive burn times. The talented Jared Wayne Gladly filled the air with soulful melodies throughout the day. Gladly, a multi-talented artist known for his work on stages like the Apollo Theater and Broadway, had the audience captivated and moving to the music.

Sweet Treats and Educational Sips

Slices of Poundcake Queen of Harlem’s cakes were a hot commodity, disappearing quickly from platters. Uncle Nearest offered a sophisticated touch with premium handcrafted cocktails, complete with an educational tasting and storytelling time. Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages kept everyone cool with complimentary ice-cold beverages, including their popular Coca Cola Spiced and Vitaminwater XXX.
